About Fera Flores

At Fera Flores, we create floral work that celebrates nature’s quiet beauty — seasonal, intentional, and shaped by place.

Founded on the Fleurieu Peninsula, our studio draws inspiration from the wild and enduring character of this region: twisted stems, imperfect blooms, subtle colour shifts, unexpected grace. Every arrangement is handcrafted with thought, drawing on locally and Australian-grown flowers to reflect the seasons and stories of South Australia.

What “Fera Flores” Means

“Fera Flores” is Latin for “wild flowers” — a name that captures our reverence for natural form, honest expression, and the beauty of imperfection.

a Studio Rooted in Place

Fera Flores isn’t a retail shop. We’re a studio-based florist — working to order, sourcing what we need, and delivering only what’s fresh.

Our studio is located on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula, surrounded by growers, gardeners, and the kind of landscapes that feed creativity. We deliver across the region, including Victor Harbor, Port Elliot, McLaren Vale, the Adelaide Hills, and selected Adelaide metro areas.

What Makes Our Florals Different

We approach floristry like slow design — thoughtful, local, and layered with meaning.

  • We prioritise Australian-grown blooms, sourced regionally or directly from our network of local growers.

  • We design with movement and emotion, drawing from nature rather than trends.

  • We work with a zero-foam philosophy, choosing sustainable techniques and biodegradable materials.

  • We never carry over stock — each order is made fresh, with every stem placed intentionally.

Whether for a wedding, editorial shoot, brand activation or floral installation, our work is always a conversation between season, story, and space.

Our Floral Philosophy

We believe flowers can do more than decorate — they set tone, evoke memory, and frame experience. From lush bouquets to considered table pieces, our work captures the rhythm of the land and the feeling of the moment.

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do:

  • Working foam-free

  • Minimising waste

  • Supporting regenerative growers

  • Reusing vessels and materials wherever possible

We favour long-lasting varieties, unexpected textures, and florals that feel as if they were gathered from a garden in bloom.
